Anyone who deserves to submit a project in social development has until January 31, 2018 to send their registration form.
For a second consecutive year, Pincourt allocates a $10,000 fund for the creation of projects in social development.
The call for projects is open to citizens, artists and non-profit organizations (NPOs). Projects must benefit Pincourt citizens.
At the conclusion of the first edition, in 2017, three projects were selected:
- Prenatal and Young Family Centre’s screening program forchildren from 3 to 5 years of age
- Parviflora mural by artist Madeleine Turgeon, on Cardinal-Léger Blvd. (facing Edgewater Elementary School)
- Educational project from the NPO Les Skieurs de l’île
