Pincourt Stands in Solidarity with the Indiginous Community

The Town of Pincourt is saddened by the grim discovery of the mass grave of 215 indiginous children at the site of a former residential school in British Columbia.

To honour the 215 children who lost their lives at the former Kamloops Residential School and the indiginous children who never returned home, the survivors and their families, the Town of Pincourt has posted a message of solidarity on its electronic billboards. The flags at the Omni-Centre will also be flown at half-mast as a sign of solidarity.

Our thoughts are with the First Nations of Canada.
