BOOK CLUB with TOMMY LÉGER (Adults)
Every third Tuesday of the month,from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Library

From September to June, comme and discuss your favorite books and share your latest discoveries. Fall;  Oct. 19, Nov. 16, Dec 21. Registration required.

 

STORY TIME FOR CHILDREN
Every second Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. at the Library

From September to June, readings and crafts workshops for children aged 2 to 5 years. Parents are required to attend. This fall: Nov. 10 and Dec. 8.

 

CONSCIOUS ANTI-STRESS MOVEMENT

Every second Thursday of the month from 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. at the Omni-Centre

Global approach which uses soft and simple movements to relieve tensions, help circulate energy and facilitate respiration. A painless and at your own rythm approach.  Registration required

This fall: Nov 10 : Relax your neck, shoulders and hips.  Dec 8: Ensuring your balance through properly positioned hips

Decorate your home now and register your creation before November 27th.


This year, let’s join our efforts to make our Town Shine. All citizens are invited to put up their best Holiday decorations (lights, inflatables, figurines) in order to take part in our ‘’lights route’’ throughout the Town.

To participate, simply decorate your residence’s façade and register before November 27using this link : Register Great Illumination 

The route will be published on December 1st on our website. Afterwards, just follow the route by foot or car to discover  the wonderful and creative works of your fellow citizens. We are impatient to discover your talents. For Pincourt residents only

 

COMIC BOOKS : ABOUT READING THEM AND WRITING THEM

Tuesday November 15 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Library.

Mélanie Leclerc, valued member on the Library staff, will present her first novel ''Contacts'', a journey through an apprenticeship of silver photography from father to daughter. She will share in her passion for reading and imagery as well as her shared story with her father, Martin Leclerc, a cameraman. Martine's work is presently a finalist for the ''Prix des libraires'' and the ''Grand prix de la Ville de Québec''. Registration required.

 

WELCOME LUNCH FOR NEW CITIZENS OF PINCOURT 

Sunday November 20, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Omni-Centre

The Intercultural Committee of Pincourt invites all new residents of 2021 and 2022 to join them for an information session to get acquainted with the numerous municipal services available in Pincourt. This informal and festive activity will also include activities for children and a lunch for all participants. It's also a great way to meet other newcomers to the town and meet your members of Town Council. An invitation will be sent out through the mail but new residents can also register  directly by dialing 514 453 8981 ext. 273 or e-mailing at interculturelpincourt@gmail.com. Free indoor activity in which children will be invited to participate in different of workshops in the hope of becoming the BEST of Santa’s Little Helpers.

7 p.m. : « Joïeux et Nowel» family circus show with our two funny elves.
