Learn how to deal with this difference that concerns your child, your teenager, your spouse or yourself. Based on her experience as a counsellor, mother and spouse of ADHD, Ms. Sylvestre, herself ADHD, will share her experience, tips and tricks, simply and concretely, in a warm and humorous atmosphere.

CONFERENCE " BETWEEN DOGS AND US

- Conference given by Nadine Caron, animal behaviourist, specialized educator and zootherapist.
- Do you have questions, concerns or need tips for your pet? 
- You will learn more about dogs needs that will change your relationship with them. The therapist will give several tips that will help you communicate effectively with your dog and allow a harmonious relationship with him. 
- For all: Whether you have a puppy or an adult dog, you will appreciate this conference that will leave you with a multitude of tools, and tips to apply to prevent or modify certain behaviors of your dog. 

CONFERENCE ON THE OVERUSE OF SCREENS

- Conference given by Marco Mailhot, Psychoeducator. 
- Mr. Mailhot has been a psychoeducator for over 20 years. He works in CLSCs with families experiencing major family crises. For the past 6 years, screen addiction has become the main problem encountered in his practice. This is why he offers his expertise, by proposing concrete advice and tools, allowing you to find a more harmonious life with screens. He will talk about the impact of screen overuse, the signs of cyberaddiction, the attention economy and several solutions, including the Sandwich Effect.
