Important reminder of Bylaw 925 concerning the outdoor use of pesticides and fertilizers. 

• Prohibition on the use of synthetic pesticides: The use of synthetic pesticides outdoors is prohibited at all times, with certain exceptions. This restriction applies to both private citizens and specialized companies.
• Permit required for contractors: Any contractor offering pest management, extermination or pesticide application services (synthetic, organic or low-impact) or fertilizers must have a permit issued by the city.
