In accordance with section 15 of the Municipal Ethics and Good Conduct Act, all newly elected and re-elected members of the Municipal Council must participate in a professional development program on municipal ethics and good conduct within six months of the beginning of their term.

The Town of Pincourt is required to maintain an updated list of Council members who have participated in the professional development program on its website.
