Pincourt Day Camp

The Town of Pincourt is happy to present its summer camp for the 2021 season.

The summer camp will be offered on a weekly basis rather than for the entire season. This new formula will allow us to maximize the number of children registered while adapting to the needs of our clientele. The camp schedule has also been revised.

In addition, due to the sanitary regulations currently in effect and major work at Notre-Dame-de-Lorette school, our operations have been decentralized to offer a second point of service at Chêne-Bleu High School. Make sure you choose your location when you register.

Places are limited at both locations.

Due to the pandemic and frequent changes in government health regulations, the Town of Pincourt reserves the right to modify or cancel its camp offer without notice.

    Did you know?

Many residents have asked us why the day camp doesn’t last one week longer. The answer is that in the summer, participating children are based at École Notre-Dame-de-Lorette. To prepare for the new school year, the Commission scolaire des Trois-Lacs needs one week to carry out the necessary cleaning and renovations.

  • Measures - COVID-19

    Four main guidelines:

    1. Physical separation

Activities must ensure a distance of 1 meter between participants 16 years of age and under and 2 meters between staff and participants who do not reside in the same household. In the context of hosting school groups (nature classes and discovery days), it is also possible to form stable class groups while respecting the physical distance between the class groups.
    2. Outdoor activities

Give preference to outdoor sites for the programming of activities and limit the use of indoor facilities in case of bad weather, respecting the maximum number of participants per facility in order to respect physical distance.
    3. Limiting physical contact

Minimize direct and indirect contact between individuals by scheduling activities and games that limit the sharing of non-disinfected materials between participants (balls, pencils, paintbrushes, scissors, helmets, disguises, bows and arrows, etc).
    4. Hygiene measures

Implement and enforce strict sanitation rules, including cleaning and disinfecting rooms and equipment, furnishings and sanitary facilities, and personal hygiene routines, including hand washing for participants and staff.
