Requirements to be met Requirements:
- Only one detached garage or permanent carport is authorized per lot.
- Authorized location: in the side and rear yards OR in the front yard (in certain cases)
- A detached garage is not authorized if a garage is already incorporated into the main building
- Be built with the same exterior cladding materials as those used for the main building or of equal or superior quality to those used for the main building.
- No dwelling unit may be built above or inside the building.
- Maximum building height: 5 m
- Maximum floor area: 56 m2
Distances to be respected:
- 3 m from the main building
- 0.9 m from an accessory building
- 0.9 m from all property lines
