A class that combines stretching, muscle strengthening,  and joint mobility. It helps improve flexibility, posture, balance, and overall well-being.  

Thursday: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

$72, 16 years and up

Flat rate: $6 per class hour*

*Additional fee of $10 per session for non-residents

Registration for residents: Aug. 31 to Sept. 13, starting at 9 a.m.

Registration for non-residents*: Sept. 8 to 13, starting at 9 a.m.
